Anonymous asked: I'll happily run the blog for you, if you want. I don't mind helping others in need.

Oh my god thank you so much. Can you come off anon and I’ll set you up?

Anonymous asked: I hear voices. Not all the time, and it's usually only one or two, but they're always crystal clear. I always feel like there is someone behind me, and most of the time I think I hear laughter, like I'm doing something wrong. The shadows in my room have begun to hide things, or trip me. Should I see a doctor? It's starting to scare me.

Please see a doctor. I really don’t want anything to happen to you. Stay safe, mmkay?

Anonymous asked: Hi. most of the time, (doesn't matter if I'm alone or not) I'll get these voices in my head making me want to burst out and scream but i never do it. i feel pressured whenever these voices appears but at the same time i don't want them to go. and when i'm nervous or anxious, the voices will be louder and louder making me hard to concentrate on a simple little thing. am i having schizo? I'm 18.

Yes. I would really go talk to your parents. Keep breathing in deep breaths please. It’s gonna be okay.

Anonymous asked: You haven't been on in awhile :( I think I'm schizophrenic, I constantly hear voices, and see people. I also hate people, have no care for personal hygiene, get 'lost in my own world' and I'm told I seem cold and uncaring... I can't handle the paranoia and hallucinations so I told my dad but he blamed it on a medication that is non prescription, and an allergy medicine. This is not a side effect of the medication. I don't know what to do, I'm only 14

Okay so: you should call in to your doctor’s office and ask to make a private appointment. You are totally right to ignore your dad. If he is saying things like these, he’s never experienced anything like you are now. I’m so sorry. But you need to call your doctor super quickly. Where I live, you can make private appointments with your doctor starting when you’re 13 and your parents don’t need to sign a form or anything- I’d check to see if your clinic has anything like that. I’m willing to bet that they do.

I’m really sorry about never being on, I have extreme anxiety and it makes me really nervous answering questions from anons. If it’s okay, I think I’m gonna turn off the anonymous button because then I’ll get around to answering these.

I’m so sorry I’m an awful person :(

Does anyone else want to run the blog?

xoxo

Anonymous asked: Hey guys , I'm just wondering what to do when your friends want you to go see a scary movie with them and you wanna see it but you know it will contain triggers for hallucinations ? What could I say to them as they know my diagnosis but they don't really understand ? Thank you !

That’s a tough one. Do you want to see this movie, or are your friends encouraging you beyond the point where you want to go? I would probably stay home, maybe see if they’ll consider seeing it out of the theatre for you and see it at home with you. In that case, you can stop it at any time, or leave the room.

Good luck :)

Anonymous asked: Hello, I need your help! My best friend has schizophrenia and today we were talking alone in my room and suddenly, she looks at the chair and says there was another woman sitting there. I didn't know what to do, I didn't wanna upset her saying that there was nothing in there. She saw my confusion and told me to calm down, that she was kiding and that was just to see how I'd react if one day she really had one of these episodes in front of me. How should i react if this ever hapens for real?

You should talk to her, keep her in the present. Don’t walk away because you’re scared or nervous. The best thing is to be right by her so she knows that you’re for real.
